These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the IT support and consultancy services (the "Services") provided by Vyroxis Solutions Limited ("Vyroxis", "we", "us", "our") to any client ("you", "your") who engages us, whether via our website, email, telephone, or in person. By accepting a quote, making payment, or otherwise instructing us to begin work, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide general IT support and consultancy, including everyday support and troubleshooting, device setup and installation, networks and Wi-Fi, email and productivity tools, backups and data protection, security basics and advice, and scoped IT projects. Fixed prices shown on our website apply to standard-scope services. Larger projects are individually scoped and confirmed with you before any work begins.
4.1 Fixed prices on our website reflect standard-scope work. Where a job is larger or more complex, we will scope it and confirm the price in writing before starting.
4.2 Quotes for projects are based on the information you give us at the time. If the scope materially changes during the work, we will tell you promptly and agree any change in price before continuing.
4.3 All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Where Vyroxis Solutions Limited is VAT registered, prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise on the quote or invoice.
5.1 We do not take deposits. Standard services are invoiced or charged once the work is scheduled or completed, as agreed with you; larger projects may be invoiced at agreed milestones.
5.2 Card payments, where offered, are processed securely by our payment provider (for example Teya or Global Payments); we do not store your card details. We may also accept bank transfer, particularly for larger projects.
5.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
5.4 Sums not paid by the due date may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 for business clients, or, for consumer clients, reasonable interest at 8% per year above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily from the due date.
5.5 Card payments appear on your statement as “VYROXIS SOLUTIONS LTD”. If you do not recognise a payment or wish to query it, please contact us before raising a dispute with your card provider; we aim to acknowledge billing queries within 2 business days and resolve them promptly.
You agree to give us the access and information we reasonably need, to have appropriate backups of important data before work begins where relevant, and to hold the necessary rights to any equipment or accounts we work on.
7.1 On receipt of full payment, any reports, materials or documentation we create specifically for you become yours to use for your own business or personal purposes.
7.2 Until payment is received in full, those materials remain our property. The content of this website remains the property of Vyroxis Solutions Limited.
We treat your information as confidential and do not share, sell, or disclose it except where required by law or where necessary to deliver the agreed Services. This obligation continues after our work for you ends.
Your cancellation rights and our refund process are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10.1 We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for any claim connected to a Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service.
10.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, business or opportunity, and we are not liable for loss of data where you did not have an adequate backup in place.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
